Yamaha Electric Cello Suzie bought this cello after visiting Sotheby's and Bonham's musical instrument salerooms, looking for a traditional cello. She popped across the road to Chappells of Bond Street, and fell in love with the sound of the electric cello. It is very beautiful, contemporary and more immediate than the normal cello and Suzie knew it would appeal to a much wider audience. The amazing thing is that Bach and Vivaldi sound as appropriate as Gershwin, Cole Porter and Nat King Cole.
